Join us for an afternoon of Aikido with Sensei Aaron Cass from Portsmouth Aikido. Aaron first found Aikido through his interest in Zen Buddhism and Eastern philosophy. He began training at Portsmouth Aikido at the age of 17 and soon fell in love with the art. He has studied with master instructors at home and abroad, including three years of training in Japan. He currently holds the rank of 5th degree black belt.
